Holidays 2007

Again I pollute my gallery with some pics taken with my stone aged Sony Ericson P800. 🙂 Enjoy the ride!

$The path at the foot of the rock face to the \"Wildkirchli\" (means somewhat like wild little church :) ) located in a cave. See the next picture for more geological information.$

$The last two pics are situated at the lefthand top below the rock face. In the cave lived first cave bears (60\'000 - 50\'000 BC), then it was a prehistoric summer dwelling (40\'000 – 30\'000 BC).$

$Facing north, with some imagination you can see the Bodensee, where Germany, Austria and Switzerland are joining. Yes, from the hear of Swiss you can see to the borders, even if it is this hazily... ;) Nevertheless it\'s rushhour for paragliders.$

$I hope, he is free from giddiness. It\'s going down vertically here...$

$The famuos Unterengadin at one of it\'s widest places. You see the castle of Ramosch close to the Border to Austria. Several times it was burned down, the last time from 16 rebellish youngsters in 1565. Reading the storys from the first half of the second millenium reminds me from tribes in Afghanistan and such...$

$Well, I don\'t really know what\'s going on here. Maybe they\'re swimm in circles, try to compact their mass to excite a fishy black hole to escape from your dish.$

$I found this near Flims. At least they don\'t need a broom. But I haven\'t seen how they hold a wand...$

$A new location: You see the Via Mala from the bridge in a horizontal view. We\'ll go now near the motor home you see.$

$We\'re standing at the edge of the bridge and having a look down. See the way down there?$

$A bad pic, just to give you some clue. We\'re half way down.$

$Still half way down you see the white mark in the left bottom edge. Here was the last flood in 1958. Since the hydroelectric power plant was build there\'s no more action here...$
